I am currently taking new clients for in~person bodywork sessions at Elevate Acupuncture in downtown Odgen, UT. This location has been such a magical place to connect.
While wandering sessions are always such a special way to bring wellness offerings and balance to any setting, it has been such an honor to curate this space . Building this opportunity with all of the things that calm my own nervous system and sharing this place with some other amazing wellness practitioners, I really feel like I am part of building a little community of healers here.

identifying WHAT KEEPS ME MoVING is a key ingredient to sticking with the prOgram &my answer: CIRCLES
setting up a designated SPACE is sometimes the pOrtal to building a sustainable practice…often you only need the physical parameters at first when transfOrming the time you occupy it….later we hOpe to be able to replicate our jOurney to center in any setting_ _ X

TODAY i felt like there was NO WAY i would be able to create an opportunity to make a treat AND sit and enjoy a mOment. instead of stressing about picking up mOre matcha pOwder at the store &washing my matcha pot (that we made veggies in last night for a late dinner). instead i stopped at my favorite lOcal shOp on the way hOme frOm work. grateful too because they had fresh blackberry lemOn tarts so i got 2 and enjoyed them at home befOre tackling thOse dishes…

mOnday mOvement
planting seeds… has been a major mantra for me this month. March really inspires spring and this time of believing in possibilities come to life. If we create space for MAGIC &begin tending to it we will likely bloom a sparkle.
while attempting to step more back into the hOOp space this season I am doing some pOrtal maintenance today… gathering my hOOps up & deciding what i might need to add to my collection to get me practicing spinning consistently again.
embodiment can feel like an obstacle before an opportunity so sOmetimes just creating a designated physical/mental space and getting set up for a project/practice is a BIGenergy step… just literally THINKing about it, allowing it to occupy the mind is setting the the future up for success _ _ X
setting a place &planning for practice could be the mOst impOrtant mOvement tOwards sustainable balance…

i did sOme minOr hOOp repairs and placed an order for sOme new shiney reflective tapes to get sOme fresh glitter on a few older hOOps
i placed my 3 favorite hOOp sizes in the path of bOth my mOrning &evening rOutines
i made a playlist that i think i might want to mOve to later or tomorrOw mOrning
i wasn’t feeling inspired to mOve but didn’t let the unwanted pressure to practice discourage me from wOrking on my mOvement maintenence plan.
…feeling grateful to be able to shift my energy into a flOw instead of a fOrce tOday

i have been studying birthwOrk and creating sOme perinatal recipe guides… so many of these main MAMA snacks are making my favOrite list.
#1 is definitely these snickers inspired dates:
pitted dates cut in half
layered w/almOnd butter
sprinkled with chocolate chips &sea salt
(sooo yummy frOzen &keeps so well in the freezer if you want to prep a bunch once a week)
i have been keeping pistachiOs and fresh strawberries in the house to make some chocolate covered valentines…added for pretty complete after-ski charcuterie tonight…

we have all had an overnight oats phase, right??
if you have not… i do definitely recommend.
i don’t ever do it overnight tho actually…
breakfast is often the only meal i consistently prepare so i pour coconut or oat milk over BoB’s quick oats mixed with whatever fruit is in seasOn.
(my favorite is rasberries &mangO but frOzen blueberries do the trick if produce is struggling.)
i just leave the combO off to the side until lunch or until taking it on the gO but it alsO refrigerates well for the day/overnight.
having a gOOd covered container is a key ingredient for me on this one… i like to snack thru the day sometimes instead of eating in one sitting…

i have slOwly been stepping back intO my hOOp space mOre again…
