…at breakfast i wash the fruit i plan to eat for the day and set out for snacking. when charcuterie time rolls around, i smash the berries onto crackers and sprinkle with 1shOt fresh herbs(BASIL) & sqeeze a lemon.
if i feel crazy or have company, I often add coconut candied almonds and chocolate to the plate…

so simple & yummy…just squeeze a fresh lemon over a serving of marshmallows & sprinkle w/cinnamon spice or dip in chocolate
a mashed avacado can be a sweet snack if sprinkles with PEPPER &candied almond sugar and topped with 3 chocolate covered candies or fruit.
….mix in sOme dates for that extra sweet
I have been practicing prepping my meals mostly for the day in the morning when I eat breakfast. It helps me fuel according to my schedule and my goals for the day so that I can operate efficiently. When I don’t do this I often fuel reactively intaking foods that do not serve my system of BODYMIND needs. The energy we take is the energy we make so I have been trying to live that.
…if it’s one of those days that I am food prepping for the day it is likely that dinnertime will be on the fly…Potato?Pizza?Tacos?ThaiFood

I recently finished my first required reading for my HYTT certification and would recommend it to anyone looking to check in with yourself and start the year out with some positive perspective. I feel like it is my theme for 2023 and I am looking forward to where this spark leads.
This month I am focusing on GROUNDING and will be theming my energy and movement sessions around roots and balancing BEing present within ourselves and our communities. I am in great need of a check in myself before I can fully embark on the year ahead. I feel like we all could use a little healing and protection from negative energy in our homes so I look forward to sharing a few self~LOVE practices for our inner & outer spaces on Wellness Wednesdays.
I hope you are taking some time to look up at the sky and breath in that crisp birch moon energy.
That it inspires & enchants you to feel the magic.
