mOstly just taking a breath tOday….
it seems that the turn to a new year is often marked by an assessment of the past year, an updated inventory of goals, and a new focus plan for the journey ahead. while i do often benefit from any available inspiration to motivate towards movement and growth if it can work for you…even if only for short term, i also sometimes struggle with expectations.
as a bodyworker i find myself approaching the

As I integrate some new practices to support these refreshed goals this MONTH I am going to remember to be soft with myself. to not get overwhelmed in/by the spiral, and to just do my very best everyday.

I recently finished my first required reading for my HYTT certification and would recommend it to anyone looking to check in with yourself and start the year out with some positive perspective. I feel like it is my theme for 2023 and I am looking forward to where this spark leads.
This month I am focusing on GROUNDING and will be theming my energy and movement sessions around roots and balancing BEing present within ourselves and our communities. I am in great need of a check in myself before I can fully embark on the year ahead. I feel like we all could use a little healing and protection from negative energy in our homes so I look forward to sharing a few self~LOVE practices for our inner & outer spaces on Wellness Wednesdays.
I hope you are taking some time to look up at the sky and breath in that crisp birch moon energy.
That it inspires & enchants you to feel the magic.
Inhaling gratitude for all that has come before…exhaling anything you can let go of…BEginining again new~
