This employee housing EXPERIENCE opportunity is hosed by Pirates Hideaway as an an effort to build community and support a positive summer living experience for the crew that brings our business energy and inspiration so we can continue to provide amazing experiences for our customer.
The Commitment…
*MEMORIAL DAY weekend through LABOR DAY weekend [MANDATORY fourth of July week NO FULL REQUESTS OFF]
*minimum 40 hours per week on PiratesHideaway pay rolled position per family/site
*respect & participation with community guidelines and chore chart
The Community…
*access to community common spaces, appliances, and utilities
*create and connect with others on similar migration patterns
*networking & content opportunities with PiratesHideaway & WhileWeWander events
The Space…
*private room OR outdoor space to be kept with respect and intentions to create more good vibes and connections
*invitation to wooded walking path, community gardens, and weekly PIRATE POTLUCK & TEAM MEETING
*located on 20 acres in the beautiful nothwoods, this family property has brought MAGIC to many travelers of the past & has been home to a few generations of pirates seeking the peace and tranquility that the trees offer alternating swashbuckling shifts as pirates on the chain of lakes.
