i feel cOnnected to the people and places where I wander. find me hiking everyday with my shadOw &best friend Luna. any time in the in between is spent creating in my small studiO in ogden UT. playing with a lOt of texture lately &got pretty wild on this next collectiOn, just inspired by all of the layers that life draws us to nOtice as we mOve thru the spiral intO becOming that next cycle energy.
I am also a massage therapist and have an active in person practice where I continue to be inspired by these bodies we carry and tend to. I am honored to share space with some other amazing wellness practitioners at elevate acupuncture &always look forward to body &breathwork sessions.
mOvement, meditatiOn, &mindfulness have been huge influences on hOw I live life lately. These mantras have becOme central to the guides I offer in my sessiOns and have definitely weaved their way intO my wandering creatiOns &collectiOns.
Perhaps you are getting pirate ViBeS…this would also be accurate. I spend summers wandering home to northern Wisconsin where my family there is in the pirate business. I feel lucky to still visit the waters of my hometown (Eagle River WI) on my migration patterns &look forward to sailing again next summer.
